Forum
The Citylearning Forum acts as the Lifelong Learning Partnership Stakeholders' Group for Hull. The Vice Chair of the Citylearning Steering Group acts as the Chair of the Forum. Any individual or organisation interested in Lifelong Learning may seek representation on the Forum.
The Forum is a source of collective wisdom, a channel for harnessing the evident goodwill and common endeavor that exists in the City. It allows debate, challenge and action. It meets twice a year to receive reports from the Citylearning Steering Group and to makes recommendations on priorities and strategic focus.

Executive Groups
These groups operate to 'Terms of Reference' agreed by group members which support the Local Strategic Partnership. Members act on key strategic priorities specific to each group, and ensure progress is monitored and reported to the Citylearning Steering Group, the Learning and Skills Council, Humberside, and to related Sub Boards of the LSP and other groups as appropriate.
Operational Groups
Executive Groups are supported by broader Operational Groups and time-limited Task Groups. These groups represent an opportunity for wider participation in, and influencing of, the Lifelong Learning agenda.
